The agreement between you and PayFlowPilot when you use the website and apps.
Using PayFlowPilot
PayFlowPilot helps individuals and businesses track money, budgets, invoices and reports. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, keep your password safe, and only add data you are allowed to use. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your data
Your records belong to you. You can export them at any time. We handle them as described in the Privacy Policy.
Plans, trials and payments
New accounts get a 7-day free trial of the paid features. After that, paid features need an active plan, billed monthly or yearly in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal or M-PESA. You can stop renewing at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
Advice and accuracy
Reports, forecasts and AI answers are for information and planning. They are not regulated financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Check important figures and decisions with a qualified professional.
Team workspaces
If you invite people to your workspace, you decide what they can do and you are responsible for their access. Submissions made to a workspace stay with that workspace for its records, even after a member leaves.
Acceptable use
Do not use PayFlowPilot for fraud or money laundering, to access other people’s data, to bypass billing, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts involved in these activities and keep records needed to investigate.
Service and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
