What we offer

Everything PayFlowPilot does today, for your own money and for a business. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial of the paid features, and no card is needed.

For your own money

Know what came in, what went out and what is coming up, across every account you hold.

Every account, any currency

Add bank, mobile-money, card and cash accounts in their own currency. Totals convert to your main currency.

Example: A salary in euros, rent in dollars and a transfer from home in shillings, shown as one balance.

Budgets that keep up

Set a limit per category and see how much is left before the month ends, not after.

Example: "Groceries: 4,200 of 6,000 used, 9 days left."

Bills and reminders

Record bills once, get reminded before they are due, and pay all or part of each one.

Example: Rent due on the 1st, school fees in instalments, a reminder 3 days before each.

Subscriptions in one list

See every recurring payment, what it costs per month and when it renews.

Example: Find the streaming service you forgot you were still paying for.

Savings goals

Give a goal a target and a date. PayFlowPilot shows whether you are on track and how much to put aside.

Example: "Emergency fund: 62% saved, on track for March."

Investments next to cash flow

Track holdings and their value beside your spending, so you can see what you can afford to invest.

Example: Money-market fund, shares and a SACCO in one portfolio view.

For your business

Books your accountant can work with, kept current as payments arrive.

Invoices and receivables

Issue invoices, record payments against them and see who still owes you.

Example: "3 invoices overdue, 128,000 outstanding, oldest 21 days."

A ledger that checks itself

Every payment lands in one ledger. Duplicate receipts, missing references and uncategorised entries are flagged the day they happen.

Example: The same M-PESA receipt recorded twice is caught before it inflates your sales.

Fees, totalled

See what bank, card, mobile-money and transfer charges cost you each month, by account.

Example: "Transfer fees were 2.1% of sales last month; most came from one account."

Accounting reports

Pro plan

Profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and trial balance from the same ledger, for any date range.

Example: Send your accountant the quarter in one export instead of a pile of statements.

Statement reconciliation

Pro plan

Match your bank statement against your records and see what is missing on either side.

Example: Spot the deposit the bank shows that never made it into your books.

Team workspace and approvals

Business plan

Invite staff or your accountant, give each the access they need, and approve entries before they post.

Example: A branch manager records sales; you approve; your accountant reads the reports.

Included for everyone

The parts that make the rest work, whether the money is yours or your business’s.

Easy ways to get transactions in

Record on the web, or let the mobile app read bank and mobile-money SMS such as M-PESA. Invoices and bills create entries too.

Example: A payment SMS arrives; the transaction is already in your ledger.

An advisor that reads your books

Pro plan

Ask questions in plain words and get answers from your own records, with the numbers it used.

Example: "Will I run short before month end?" "At this pace, yes, by about 8,000 on the 27th."

Fraud and duplicate checks

Unusual payments and repeated receipts are flagged for review instead of slipping through.

Example: A payment three times your usual size to a new recipient is held for a second look.

Analytics and forecasts

Pro plan

See what changed, why, and where your balance is heading over the next three months.

Example: "Spending is up 18%, mostly bills. Forecast balance in December: 41,000."

Automation

Set repeating bills, transfers and goal top-ups so they record themselves.

Example: Move 5,000 to the school-fees goal every payday without thinking about it.

Your data, your way out

Export the full ledger to CSV or JSON at any time. No lock-in.

Example: Open the year’s transactions in Excel in one click.

Try it with your own numbers.
